Cum quo revertantur ad ecclesiam. Et ordinate stent in choro. Finito responsorio Sacerdos dicat.

Pater noster [qui es in celis sanctificetur nomen tuum. Adveniat regnum tuum. Fiat voluntas tua, sicut in celo et in terra. Da nobis hodie panem nostrum cotidianum et dimitte nos debita nostra sicut et nos dimittimus debitoribus nostris].

V. Et ne nos [inducas in temptationem,]
R. Sed libera [nos a malo. Amen.]

V. Requiem eterna [dona eis domine,]
R. Et lux perpetua [luceat eis.]


V. A porta inferi,
R. Erue domine anima euis. 

V. Requiscat in pace,

V. Domine exaudi [orationem meam,]
R. Et clamor [meus ad te venia.]

R. Et cum spirito tuo.

[O.] Tibi Domine commendamus animam famule tue, nomen, ut defuncta seculo tibi vivat, et que per fragilitatem mundane

[V.] Out of the depths I have cried to thee, O Lord: [Lord, hear my voice.] Nor shall [the sight of man behold me: thy eyes are upon me, and I shall be no more.]
V. [Grant] eternal rest [unto her, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine on her.]

With this they return to the church and let them stand in order the choir. When the responsory is finished let the priest say

Our Father, [Who art in heaven
. Hallowed be Thy Name;
 Thy kingdom come,
Thy will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,
and forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us;]


V. And [lead] us not [into temptation,
R. But deliver [us from evil. Amen.]

V. [Grant her] eternal peace, [O Lord,]
R. And let perpetual light [shine upon her.]

V. From the gate of hell,
R. Rescue her soul, O Lord.

V. Rest in peace.
R. Amen.

V. Hear, O Lord, [my prayer,]
R. And may my cry come to You.


V. May the Lord be with you
R. And with your spirit.
